***CALL FOR PROPOSALS***

Submit your proposal by the priority deadline, Aug 16, 2024.

The program committee invites proposals that will engage, educate, and inspire those in attendance. Topics may fall under the categories of technology, pedagogy, process and policy, and design.
This year, we are offering three types of sessions:
  • Presentation sessions are 45-minute breakout sessions based on a formal presentation.
  • Birds-of-a-Feather sessions are 45-minute facilitated discussions around a topic, and do not require a formal presentation.
  • The KYCC Idea Fair is a 90-minute poster session-style networking event in the Ballroom on Thursday afternoon, during which presenters can share an idea, a demo, or a project with colleagues in an interactive, casual atmosphere. Idea Fair presenters may wish to show off a process or tool they use, or encourage informal dialog around an idea or topic. Bring your own laptop, visuals, or handouts; posters are not required but can be used.  Each presenter will be provided a table to use. We will not supply poster stands.
Presenters and attendees at the Kentucky Convergence Conference will include leaders, innovators, managers, and decision-makers from the information technology, academic libraries, online learning, and instructional design units of colleges and universities from Kentucky and surrounding states.

To answer our call for proposals, fill out our Proposal Form.
